Orders and Shipping

Can you ship to me?

Yep! Well, probably! I ship worldwide, only limited by carrier restrictions from UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post.

Shipping is quite expensive from Canada, but I try my best to provide the best deals! You can see your shipping price in checkout, before buying anything.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

That depends where you are! Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days, and can arrive within a week for Western North America, or 1-2 weeks for most of North America.

International deliveries will take longer due to customs/distance.

Also please remember time of year, i.e. Christmas holidays and others, matters too.

I'm just one girl shippin' shit! lol. I try my best but please remember there are many factors out of my control for shipping speed. I recommend choosing an option with tracking for this reason.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Yes, I follow all Canadian tax rules. You will be charged the PST/GST or HST depending on the province you live in. This will automatically be calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for their own duties/customs/charges upon arrival.

What payment methods do you accept?

You may pay via credit card using Shopify or PayPal, or with your debit or chequing account with PayPal.

Return Policy

What's your return policy?

All sales are final.

However, if you are unhappy with your order quality or need something fixed, please let me know and I'll be happy to make it right!

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

I usually ship orders out within 1-2 days, so if you catch me quick, maybe! Sorry, I can't guarantee any changes though in case I don't see your message in time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship everywhere couriers can deliver!
